JOHN BOHANNON
John Bohannon has offered great advice to so many clients over the years regarding referrals they can trust and updates on what is going on in the business world. John’s ability to see current trends and have a good view of where the market is going has made him an asset that he has utilized as a business developer for BuildZig.
John’s career in construction technically all started in middle school when he took a shop class and developed a strong interest in the field. He originally worked during college on construction sites in order to help him earn money. This expanded into his work at Builders Control, Inc where he evaluated and inspected over thousands of different construction assignments ranging from single family to commercial. He later formed BuildZig with Carlos, Monica, and Laura, where he has utilized his knowledge and expertise in both construction and inspection. With this knowledge and experience, he has often been called into construction-related trials to serve as an expert witness.
John is both certified as a Licensed General Contractor, Construction Inspector, Registered Home Inspector, and Review Appraiser as well as holds a B.A. from California State University, San Marcos.
