Looking Back:
Freddie Mac reported mortgage rates were at their lowest in ten weeks with 30-year rates at 3.42% and 15-year rates at 2.72%. Meanwhile, the National Association of Realtors reported a 2.4% decrease in pending home sales, their second lowest for the year. Of all the homes sold across the nation last June, 8% of them were reported to be distressed.
