Mortgage rates remained the same overall with 30-year rates at 3.42% and 15-year rates at 2.72%. More and more homeowners were taking advantage of the increase in home values and taking out more home equity loans. Foreclosures in Oklahoma showed a 19% increase over the previous 2 years.
