Jordan Levine

Jordan Levine is the Deputy Chief Economist for the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), a statewide organization representing over 190,000 real estate professionals. Jordan leads C.A.R.’s housing market research and analysis, including economic trends, industry surveys, market statistics, and real estate policy insights that support legislative efforts.

With a strong background in real estate economics and public speaking, Jordan has presented to groups such as the California Bankers Association, local government boards, and municipal finance officers. His unique ability to explain complex data in a clear, accessible way makes him a trusted resource for both professionals and policymakers.

Jordan also runs an EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa consulting practice, providing economic impact reports for residential developments, commercial projects, healthcare facilities, and more across the U.S.

He holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in International Economics from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining C.A.R., he was Director of Economic Research at a California-based consulting firm focused on the housing and economic landscape.
