Brent Lee is a Southern Californian based real estate broker, entrepreneur, and community leader. As the owner and broker of Tower Real Estate Agency, Brent has grown the company into one of Riverside’s most respected independent brokerages, creating an agent-centric culture focused on exceptional client service. Under his leadership, Tower has become known for cultivating high-performing agents and delivering data-driven results for buyers, sellers, and investors.
In addition to running Tower, Brent serves as President of the Riverside Unified School District Board of Education, where he has championed initiatives to improve academic outcomes, expand career and technical education pathways, and strengthen partnerships between schools and the business community.
Brent is also a co-founder of The Pick Group of Young Professionals, a networking and leadership organization dedicated to connecting emerging leaders and fostering civic engagement throughout Riverside. Through his work in real estate, education, and community development, Brent is passionate about building a stronger, more connected Riverside for the next generation.
