Doug Van Soest on the Real Estate Radio Show

Bruce and Aaron Norris are joined this week by Doug Van Soest.   He and his wife Andrea have been property buyers since about 2008. They have done about 400 deals as well as have gotten into wholesaling, property management, and keeping properties. He has been one of the success stories of the business.

Doug and Andrea Van Soest are in the business of flipping houses and helping you sell your home through their businesses Socal Homebuyers and Spouses Flipping Houses.  They both got into the real estate business in 2008 after hearing Bruce Norris speak in 2005 and saw the opportunity coming.

Doug and Andrea first began their own business in farming when they had their own kettle corn business.  They were motivated to be entrepreneurs after reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  Although this was not the business they ended up pursuing, it still gave them the right mindset to be business owners.

Together, they have bought and sold over 200 houses.
