Latest Case-Shiller Index Shows Prices at 31-Month High Year-Over-Year

Today’s News Synopsis:

The latest Case-Shiller National Index from S&P and CoreLogic showed a 5.9% annual gain in home prices, putting them at their highest in 31 months.  The latest report from the CFPB showed complaints regarding credit were much higher from December 2016-February 2017.  A new product was released by ATTOM Data Solutions today that will help point out what properties are likely to sell 30 days after their settlement date.

“Credit complaints have skyrocketed, with student loan complaints showing the greatest increase, according to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) most recent Monthly Complaint Report, which tabulated consumer complaints from December 2016-February 2017.”
