Gen Xers most likely to be denied mortgage.  As more people are wanting to put their money into bonds amidst the coronavirus scare, the Treasury yield is at an all-time low of 0.318%.   Realtor.com came out with a new noise indicator program that allows shoppers to get a sense fo the noise level of their property before looking at it.
